Grubby gets an american home

After MYM that stopped all its operation, some of the best e-athletes of the world were rendered homeless,and among them was the veteren WC3 squad of MYM, that declared no matter what happens they will stay together is now part of Evil Genuises. Today, they will officially join the forces of Evil Geniuses, together with their manager Cassandra. The announcement was made by Evil Geniuses' owner, Alex Garfield, on the Live on Three show.

"I'm glad that I can finally announce that I will be part of Team Evil Geniuses from now on. Team EG has had a strong position in North America so far, and now they're looking to expand internationally. That's great news for me, because I was looking for something new already," said Schenkhuizen, the new EG.WC3 captain.

Giving hints for a solid partnership for the future, he continues: "It's incredibly exciting that I can be working together with EG as I plan my future for the coming year(s). Having a great new spiffy looking website, EG's already made at least one wish come into fulfillment for me."

"This is truly a great day for the Evil Geniuses brand, organization, sponsors, and players. Today we welcome a new division full of internationally renowned talent, and players who have already accumulated dozens upon dozens of landmark results," said Alex Garfield, Executive Director of Team EG. "It's an absolute honour to welcome Grubby, Happy, Ciara, and Cassandra to Team EG."

This has been a quite nice week for EG,earlier EG.usa selected for ESWC Asia Masters, when x3o refused to participate. We hope EG reaches new heights with this amazing WC3 lineup.And some of the best e-sportsmen got shelter, but ex-MYM CS1.6 squad is still homeles. They refused to participate in ESWC Asia Masters , Crack Clan will be participating in place of them. Hope they also get a new home soon.

Col is now EG

In a press release on 14th december, Alex Garfield, owner of the Evil Geniuses' organization, announced a historic team shuffle. The new team goes like this :

• Jordan "n0thing" Gilbert
• Danny "fRod" Montaner
• Matt "Warden" Dickens
• Tyler "Storm" Wood
• Corey "hanes" Hanes
  

Shocked !!!! Yah man EG has hired 4 of the Col guys to be part of their CS team. After the downfall CGS (no doubt source sucks !! and I knew it was gonna happen some day), it was obvious that Col was goin to return to 1.6, And here they are.

The basic outline of this team as told by frod in an interview will be :

• Warden : no doubt he is the cap, as expected warden is the strat caller and he will also will be playing his role as an aggressive gunner.
• Frod : The star of stars ..the prime AWPer.
• Storm : Will continue to support the team with his rifle skills.(He always remind me of the colt obsession).
• Hanes : Known for his fast acrobatic movements is another gunner for the team.
• Nothing : the young-blood.. he will again be an aggressive gunner.to what he calls as "Runnin and gunnin".

When asked about Rambo not being the part of this new team frod responded "Our team has always had a formula and certain way we approach the game in terms of strategy, teamwork, and etc. This has been a defined formula that we as a team know is proven to work, going all the way back to the success of United 5 in 2003. We have always had every member of the team follow their certain role, and in doing so we feel we are most successful. Ron was a great player, but he didn't fit well with the formula, nor did he adjust to it, which made things difficult sometimes".

We hope Nothing fits well as United 5. Even Nothing was happy with his new team-mates showing a slight negative response for old EG.He commented "It just wasn't working out. As much as I liked those guys, we weren't seeing eye to eye anymore and I'm looking forward to playing with the new EG players."

Now when this great line up is ready we hope they rock the world. Regarding performance no one must doubt them.They are few of the most senior players in the e-sports scene. Regarding 1.6 .. its their true game. They stood second in CEVO 9 and won CGS Pro-am 1.6. And that was when their main focus was on source . Now hope they shine again ...
